Our privacy policy is that we do not use your information for anything other than for you to purchase our book. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and do not pass on your personal information to any other organisation. We may use the data collected to analyse sales and trading patterns to further assist us in providing a more comprehensive site.
HOW TO ORDER

Fill in the details of your user profile. 3. Enter your credit card details. 4. Your PayPal payment will be verified. 4. You can print your receipt or it will be emailed to you also confirming your order and delivery address. 5. We will use your email address to identify your account.
PRICES
Our book price is $27.50 (Aust.) GST inclusive.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
For Australia: A rate of $7.50 for packaging & handling(Australian) applies to all deliveries in Australia for 1 book. For 2 to 9 books purchased the postage rate for Australia is $10.50. For a larger quantity, please email us for a postage quote. All Australian orders of this size will be delivered by Australia Post Express. We are able to track your purchase by the satchel's ID.
For International orders: the following is a chart of international airmail charges for up to and including 6 books. All books will be posted by air mail. A delivery confirmation (available in most countries) will be included without further cost to you. For a larger quantity, please email us for a postage quote.

International customers are responsible for all local import fees and duties associated with your order. Check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.
Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned altogether. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.
When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. Please be understanding of this complex operation and allow at least 3 weeks before declaring an international shipment lost in transit and requesting reshipment.
DELIVERY TIME/BACK ORDER
For Australia, we will endeavour to post your book within 3-5 days of receiving your order. You should receive your book within a reasonable time period as any other normal Australian Post Express satchel. Should our book be in the reprint stage, please expect a 4-6 week delay.
For international orders, we will endeavour to post your book within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Depending on your local delivery, you should receive your air mailed item within 3-10 working days. Should our book be in the reprint stage, please expect a 4-6 week delay.
EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
Please write the reason for the return on the packing slip you receive with your delivery and include this with the returned book. Returned books must be authorized for exchange inside four weeks of postage date. No book can be exchanged without the authorization number. Telephone +61 0747 788 204 to obtain the required number. Please be sure to include a money order, bank check, Australia money order made out to R.D. & S.A. McCarthy for the postage of your exchange book. We are happy to exchange a book, but will not refund. Books returned by sea mail may delay your book exchange.
